The other for investors or lendors will only be used if the regulator gives EVE in France the licence to broadcast, If not all amounts will be refunded to investors or lenders. 5-The candidacy The possibility was launched by the C.S.A. (Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel) end of march, Le candidacy was initially intended to be deposited in Paris on june 14th.. The regulator pushed the deaadline from June 16th to Octobre. What a relief! 6- Gathering the investors and lenders The project is estimated at 2 Millions Euros. The amount will be adjusted if necessary. Each investor or lender will receive the necessary information through a lawyer if necessary. 7- Getting the licence 8- Connecting the first computors to the broascasting network. The studio will not yet be ready but an alternative studio can be used before hiring the personnel. 9- Building the studio. 10- Searching for secular publicity announcers 11- The training 12- The inauguration 13- A night of Praise on air. 15- The development of the music department for concerts and productions. 16- Creating a distribution chain in partneship with churches and associations. 17- Selling the christian products proposed on air with specific publicity for those producers. 16- Producing programs and new musical talents. 17- Marketing the products through a call center. 18- Lauch a new and specific product capable of ensuring the financial needs for the future. 19- Development .
