Concerning Lendors and Investors : You can understand that first we encourage you to become a member of the association which is a charity. You should at least become a supporting member. It would even be better to become an active member which grants you a vote. As an investing member you are entitled to one vote if the amount you invest is under 15000 Euros, and to two votes if the amount is over 15000 Euros. Your membership fee helps for the small expenses. The fees are different if you’re a member or an investing member and must be sent to the bank account used for expenses. Your loan or investment will be sent to a special bank account intended for that. For the loan you intend send an e-mail through the top menu “Investor or lender”. You complete your information and we will send the right forms necessary before any loan is sent. Of course we prefer a low interest rate or no interest rate at all. Let us know about your offer. We will use that intention after we apply for the licence in order to convince the regulator that our project is serious. Do not send any money before you have been contacted by our accountant or lawyer who will prepare the contract. For the amounts you intend to invest send an e-mail through the top menu “Investor or lender”. You complete your information and we will send the right form necessary before any investment is accepted and sent. Let us know about the amounts you intend to invest. We will use that intention after we apply for the licence in order to convince the regulator that our project is serious. Our accountant or lawyer will prepare the contract. You need to let us know if you intend to stay in the charity status of the association or continue the project in the future under a company status.
