The charity was founded by 33 founding members in Strasbourg the 16th and 18th of May. FRTC) , Marcel Reutenauer, Claude Schell, Christopher Sinclair, Harvey Thomas (chairman FEB), Jean-Daniel Ulrich, Pierre Unger, Cléopa Victoire, Villan Victoire. May 2008 : Good news : The french regulator changed the deadline for all radios to submit their projects. Instead of June 16th the deadline has been set to October 1, 2008. (Eve in France may 30th) June - August 2008 : Thankyou to several major TV or Radio professionnals for their help and advice on the business plan and their help through their personnal relationships. The advice has enabled a business plan including several approaches for advertising and also a better pricing policy. Thankyou also to a major Expert Accountant for his advice and professionnal approch for the business plan. September 2008 : The french regulator changed the frequencies to be used in several cities from Band L to Band III. The result will be better braodcasting and reception. (EVE in France sept. 2008) Since Octobre 2008 : The project was submitted on time. It is the 50th Natiional digital radio project, among a total of 64 national commercial projects. Our team hopes that the project will be well considered in all aspects : unique music, ethical, for the early day and evening christian programs, as well as the interdenominational approch of it’s specific christian programming. Another “confessional” project has also been submitted concerning a regrouping of Muslim radios in France. Our team hopes that the regulator C.S.A. will effectively respect the pluralism as it should and therefore give a permit to both commercial projects.
